Torie Weprin, LMT, SM intern
Owner of The Bodyline
Torie has been moving and grooving her entire life! From soccer to figure skating, running to snowboarding and surfing Torie has prioritized the importance of maintaining functional movement for longer than she probably realizes herself. Growing up in Colorado, Torie's family ignited this spark very early on by going cross country skiing, snowboarding, hiking and backpacking all over the state (and even llama backpacking out of state!).
After discovering her talent and need-for-speed with running, Torie received an athletic scholarship to attend Western Colorado University in Gunnison, Colorado and competed as a student-athlete on the NCAA DII cross country and track team. She competed in three National Championships for cross country and in 2014 graduated with a BA in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Biology. During her college days Torie also became a Spin Instructor, creating deadly cardio classes for her fellow classmates!
Shortly after graduation, Torie wasted no time and continued her education at MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Crested Butte, Colorado. In 2016 she moved to Hood River, Oregon and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Oregon and Washington. For the next 5 years she was introduced to new terrain, new opportunities and developed a deep love for the coast and PNW forests. She also started teaching indoor WATERROWER fitness classes at a local fitness studio, combining HIIT (high intensity interval training) style classes with this unique stationary rowing machine.

For years Torie utilized various bodywork modalities to aid in her collegiate running career and her various, post-collegiate, mountain athletic pursuits. She attributes much of her quick recoveries to diligent bodywork management and compliance with "homework" instructed by Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers. It is her goal to help like-minded, everyday athletes achieve similar success through bodywork.

She has always prioritized expanding her knowledge base to enhance her treatments and actively seeks out continuing education. During the COVID-19 lock down in 2020, Torie attended online classes through the Nutritional Therapy Association and became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. With the closing of indoor studio classes, Torie took classes outdoors and online, and began teaching equipment free group HIIT classes in Hood River before moving to Bellingham, Washington in 2021.

Torie is halfway through a four year program in Structural Medicine at the Institute of Structural Medicine, the most comprehensive program in Structural Integration the country has to offer. Her need for movement, education and 8+ years in bodywork truly equips her with a mind for problem solving and allows her to provide a unique experience to athletes and daily movers alike.
