do you accept insurance?
I do not bill medical insurance
I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement

where is your office located?
my office is located on the
7th floor in the Bellingham Towers,
across from the Mount Baker Theatre

please wait in the waiting room on the 7th floor, I will come out at your appointment time to receive you
parking?!
the parking lot next to the Bellingham Towers
is NOT AVAILABLE to patrons and is heavily monitored by a towing company
COB street paid parking hours are
11am-6pm Mon-Sat,
free after 6pm and Sundays
pay by meter, or use PayByPhone mobile app
what is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation
A $75 late cancellation fee will be non-refundable
inside of the 24 hour cancellation window.
in addition, a cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment time is non-refundable.
clients who cancel within 2 hours or miss their appointment will be charged full price
